You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. If someone gains access to your email account, they may also be able to access your CogPark account.
Subscriptions and Payments
CogPark may offer free and paid plans.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. CogPark does not store your full payment card details.
Subscription features, limits, storage duration, and pricing may change over time. Current plan details will be shown on the Pricing page or inside the product.
You may cancel your subscription according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use CogPark to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Submit illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
- Use CogPark for high-risk decisions where accuracy is critical.
- Use CogPark as a permanent backup or archival storage system.
You are responsible for the links and content you submit.

You may not copy, resell, rebrand, or redistribute CogPark as a competing service without permission.
Shortcut Usage
The CogPark Shortcut may be used and shared for personal use.
If you modify, redistribute, or build upon the Shortcut, you are responsible for your own changes and any consequences. Modified or redistributed versions are not officially maintained by CogPark.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CogPark and its maintainer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or reliance on inaccurate output.
